Suva is building three apartment buildings in Horn-West. As part of the "Aurelia" project, 80 rental apartments and 29 condominiums are being built.

Zug-based Rima Plan AG is building three apartment buildings on a 16,270 sqm site in Horn West TG on the shores of Lake Constance between Arbon and Rorschach for the client Suva. Plans call for 80 rental apartments and 29 condominiums. The new buildings are located between the Sais site and the Fortimo development, diagonally opposite the Raduner site. According to regional media reports, Suva is investing around CHF 51 million. Construction began in April and completion is scheduled for the end of 2022.
In House A, 29 condominiums with 2.5 to 5.5 rooms (66-140 sqm) are being built. According to Suva, most of the condominiums have already been reserved or sold. In the two other houses there are rental apartments with 2.5 to 5.5 rooms (approx. 56-173 sqm). According to the information, each apartment has generous outdoor areas (balconies and terraces); furthermore, boat parking spaces could also be realized on the ground floor of house B, provided that demand is correspondingly high.
In addition, four commercial spaces are planned on the ground floor of House B of the residential complex. As reported by the St. Galler Tagblatt, one tenant has already been confirmed in the form of Migros, while three further commercial spaces (totalling 832 sqm) are still available. According to the building description, the rent for the units is CHF 5,900/month (347 sqm), CHF 5,400/month (314.8 sqm) and CHF 2,950/month (169.4 sqm). (tp)
