HSO Fund: Large rental in Pratteln
The HSO Fund has concluded several rental agreements for the Rüti-Center in Pratteln. The fund is planning a capital increase for further growth.
The HSO Fund has concluded various long-term leases with anchor tenants for retail space of over 6,500 sqm in the Rüti-Center, according to fund management company Helvetica Property Investors. Existing leases were extended early and new leases were concluded. The occupancy rate of the properties as of 1 October 2021 is thus reportedly 97%, up from 92.5% at the end of June this year. At the level of the entire HSO Fund, the occupancy rate increased from 96% to 98% in the same period.
Helvetica also announces that it intends to carry out a capital increase with subscription rights for the HSO Fund at the beginning of October. The aim is to raise additional funds for the further expansion of the portfolio. It has properties in the pipeline that are in line with its strategy and some of which are exclusive. Details such as volume, issue price and subscription ratio will be announced by Helvetica shortly before the start of the subscription period. (ah)
