The Hub Romandie in Signy (VD) is the second location for Wincasa's Center & Mixed-Use Site Management (CMSM) in Switzerland after the Hub Mittelland. This hub brings together three centers and two sites in western Switzerland, including two major projects: the Signy shopping center and its upcoming revitalization, and the A-One Business Center in Rolle. Wincasa's retail and site experts jointly manage the properties.

At the beginning of May, Wincasa also entered the Ticino region by winning the Centro Lugano Sud mandate. According to the company, this is the first center mandate in Ticino, and Wincasa is now represented in all language regions with CMSM. Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial acquired the shopping center as of May 9, 2022; Wincasa has taken over the existing team on site.

The CMSM Western Switzerland & Ticino is headed by Philippe Schroff, former head of the Signy Centre. He sees western and southern Switzerland as growth markets: there is still a lot of potential in French-speaking Switzerland that needs to be exploited, he says. "In several regions of western Switzerland, numerous projects are under development or imminent." By taking over the team in Lugano, Wincasa now has the opportunity to implement its expertise and network in the Ticino region as well, Schroff adds. "We are very pleased to be present in southern Switzerland, as we can identify great growth opportunities here as well." (ah)
