Riccardo Boscardin becomes Privera-VR
Dr Riccardo Boscardin has been elected to the board of directors of real estate services provider Privera AG. The Basel native has an excellent network in the real estate industry and will actively support Privera in its further entrepreneurial development, the company writes in a statement.
After more than 30 years with the UBS Group, Dr Riccardo Boscardin (born 1952) set up his own company, Boscardin Real Estate, at the beginning of 2015. At the former Swiss Bank Corporation, he managed the real estate funds and the Swiss-wide Serimo Immobiliendienste AG. Subsequently, as Head Global Real Estate Switzerland and Head Global Customized Client Mandates at UBS, he had overall responsibility for UBS's real estate funds and investment foundations, among other things.
In addition to Boscardin, the current members of Privera's Board of Directors are Catherine Dubey, Chairman of the Board, and Urs Lerch, former CEO of Privera. (ah)
