Marc-Oliver Tschabold has been working in Real Estate Investment Management at Credit Suisse since 2008 and is highly experienced in property asset management and real estate acquisition. With his wide-ranging expertise and extensive network in Switzerland and abroad, he is ideally suited to the role of product manager for the investment group, Credit Suisse said in its media release.

In July 2015, the investment group acquired an office property on Kennedydamm in Düsseldorf. The six-story building was acquired at a price of 45 million euros and is in a good location in Düsseldorf's business district with excellent road links. The main tenants are one of the largest international conglomerates, a globally active pharmaceutical company and an auditing firm.

The portfolio of the CSA RE Germany investment group now comprises seven properties in the cities of Frankfurt/Main, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Cologne, Berlin, Leipzig and Düsseldorf. (ah)
