NAMAG becomes Vescore
Notenstein Asset Management Ltd (NAMAG), which resulted from the merger of Notenstein Privatbank's institutional client business and 1741 and Vescore Solutions, has been operating under the name Vescore Ltd since September 3.
In addition to its locations in Basel, Zurich and Lausanne and its headquarters in St. Gallen, the Vescore Group includes further subsidiaries with branches in Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein. Furthermore, Vescore owns a majority stake in CEAMS, an asset manager based in Meilen, Zurich. The company is to be integrated into Vescore AG in the near future.
The companies of the Vescore Group are subject to supervision by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA, the German BaFin and the Liechtenstein FMA. Together, they manage client assets amounting to around CHF 14 billion.
Vescore, a Raiffeisen Switzerland company, specializes in advising and supporting institutional investors. The company, which was originally founded under the name Notenstein Asset Management, has many years of investment expertise in the areas of sustainability, multi-asset, managed futures and indexing. Headquartered in St. Gallen, the Vescore Group employs 190 people and manages CHF 14 billion in assets. The company is also supporting the issuance of the new Swiss Prime investment foundation "Immobilien Schweiz". (ah)
