SSN Group expands management team

Guy Besson (47) has been Head of Real Estate Switzerland since July 1, 2015. Most recently, Besson was responsible for setting up the D-CH acquisition and development department for the fund management company Realstone SA. At Allreal Generalunternehmung AG, he was in charge of developing the market in western Switzerland, after leading the redevelopment of the new markets in St. Gallen as overall project manager at Privera.

With immediate effect, Christoph Nebl (44) will take over the management of the German subsidiary SSN Development GmbH & Co. KG. He has 17 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, including around 15 years in a management role. Nebl was most recently managing director of IVG Asset Management GmbH. Prior to that, as Managing Director of THE SQUAIRE GmbH, he was responsible for the marketing and leasing of the major project at Frankfurt Airport. The previous managing director of SSN Development GmbH & Co. KG Dr. Christian Heyn is leaving the company at his own request on November 15, 2015 to pursue new professional challenges.

Detlef Bennies (55) also joined the extended management team of the SSN Group on September 1, 2015. He has already been working in the real estate industry for 25 years, and for the last four years he has been responsible for the commercial management of all real estate projects within Germany at SSN Deutschland GmbH. In his new position as Head of Finance Real Estate, Bennies will now be responsible for all real estate projects within the group. In addition, he will in future manage the Engineering division at Group level.

The real estate company SSN Group AG was founded in 2004 by investors from Germany, Switzerland and the USA and is active in the areas of consulting, project development and financing. In addition to Switzerland, SSN GROUP has offices in Germany and the USA. Currently, the SSN Group employs 167 people. (ah)
