Bouygues Energies & Services is thus responsible for the commercial, technical and infrastructural management of a total area of 300,000 sqm for Siemens in Switzerland.

In 2006, Siemens Real Estate launched an initial tender to externalize facility management at four of its Swiss sites: Bouygues Energies & Services, then still operating under the company name MIBAG Property + Facility Management AG, was awarded an initial mandate for the Zug, Zurich, Volketswil and Steinhausen sites. Now, in the course of a national tender, Bouygues Energies & Services has been selected as the sole provider for the operation and management of Siemens' sites in Switzerland.

Implementation of the new mandate is underway, with a start date scheduled for March 1, 2016.

Bouygues Energies & Services, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, works for public and private clients in the fields of infrastructure for energy, transport and data networks, urban space, public and private facilities and industry. Bouygues Energies & Services Switzerland operates at 30 locations nationwide and employs 1,370 people. (ah)
