Capital increase: Fundamenta raises 36.8 million
Fundamenta Real Estate AG has raised net proceeds of around CHF 36.8 million as part of a capital increase. The funds are to be used to expand the real estate portfolio.
Around 2.8 million new registered shares were issued at a subscription price of CHF 13.60 per share. The new shares were firmly subscribed by existing and new Swiss investors after the existing shareholders exercised their subscription rights, Fundamenta announced.
The issue was carried out under the lead manager Zürcher Kantonalbank and with Fundamenta Group and its subsidiary Fundamenta Real Estate Asset Management AG as selling agent. (ah)
