Facility Management: Vebego and Swiss Servicepool merge
The two sister companies Vebego Services AG and Swiss Servicepool AG will merge to form Vebego AG on April 1, 2015. This was announced by Vebego on October 20.
In a press release, Vebego writes that the merger of the two companies was primarily a case of moving closer together: one of the two companies focused on professional maintenance and specialist cleaning, the other on facility services. They had already been working closely together for years. Vebego AG intends to strengthen this long-standing collaboration and the resulting synergies in the future and act as a company for integrated facility solutions.
Vebego AG offers six divisions: Facility Service Management, Property Service, Cleaning Service, Security Service, Support Service and Eco & Innovation Service. Vebego employs 5,800 people at 22 branches throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. (ah)
