Peach Property to issue bond
Zurich-based Peach Property Group is looking to raise fresh money. Against the backdrop of the company's good economic development, options are being examined for refinancing the existing corporate bond and for financing the expansion of the existing portfolio, Peach Property says.
The real estate company has mandated Bankhaus Lampe to conduct a roadshow in connection with a potential debt transaction of Peach Property Group (Deutschland) AG. However, the decision will be made depending on the prevailing market environment.
The listed Peach Property Group AG is a real estate investor and developer with investment focus in Switzerland and Germany. The portfolio increasingly includes investment properties in the residential sector, typically in B locations in the catchment area of metropolitan areas. In the development sector, the Group concentrates on exceptional locations and properties with upscale amenities. (ah)
