Swiss Life REF (CH) Swiss Properties raises 450 million
Swiss Life Asset Managers has completed the issue of the Swiss Life REF (CH) Swiss Properties real estate fund. The fund will receive CHF 450 million to acquire a broadly diversified portfolio of Swiss residential and commercial properties from Swiss Life's real estate holdings.
Swiss Life Asset Managers announces that Swiss Life REF (CH) Swiss Properties is the first real estate fund under Swiss law to be launched with an existing real estate portfolio. The fund will be launched on November 2, 2015.
Swiss Life REF (CH) Swiss Properties invests primarily in residential properties and selected commercial properties, preferably located in Swiss cities or their agglomerations. The fund is also broadly diversified in terms of the type of use, tenant structure, location, size, age and condition of the properties. (ah)
