Corestate announces details of IPO

Corestate Capital Holding S.A. intends to offer the shares for its IPO in a price range between 23.50 and 28.50 euros. This would result in a total volume of between 209 and 253 million euros for an issue of a maximum of 8.9 million shares.

The final issue price and the final number of shares offered will be determined by the Company and the selling shareholders - the two founders Ralph Winter and Thomas Landschreiber, Daniel Schoch, CFO of the Company, and Intershop Holding AG - as well as by the accompanying banks Berenberg and Bankhaus Lampe on the basis of a bookbuilding process and is expected to be announced on November 3, 2015. As of Wednesday, November 4, 2015, Corestate's shares will then be traded on the Regulated Market (Prime Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

As part of the IPO, Corestate is also planning a capital increase with gross issue proceeds of up to around EUR 100 million. The company intends to use the proceeds to increase the number of transactions and to selectively execute transactions with higher volumes, including the launch of long-term investment products for institutional clients.

Corestate manages real estate assets of €1.4 billion including planned project developments (as of June 2015). The higher equity base would also allow the company to expand its warehousing activities, i.e. the temporary acquisition of properties into its own portfolio, and thus realize favorable market opportunities more quickly, according to Corestate.
