Warteck Invest: Shareholders approve capital increase
The shareholders of Warteck Invest AG approved the implementation of an ordinary capital increase at the Extraordinary General Meeting on October 22 in Basel.
Up to 49,500 fully paid registered shares with a par value of CHF ten each are to be issued. If all subscription rights are exercised in full, the company will thus receive new equity in the gross amount of CHF 76.7 million. (ah)
