Johannes Reis moves from Allreal to SISKA Heuberger

In this function, Johannes Reis was responsible for the management of the Group's own real estate as well as third-party mandates. In the years prior to this, the real estate specialist held various management positions, including Priora AG, Winterthur Insurance and Crédit Suisse. Reis holds a degree as a federally certified real estate trustee, a master's degree in international real estate management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

The background to the addition of Reis is a strategy adjustment decided by the Board of Directors: the numerous interesting projects for the coming months and years brought to SISKA Heuberger Holding AG would require a reinforcement of the existing management, which is busy with the large conversion projects in Winterthur (Neuwiesen shopping center), Uster (Illuster and Uschter77 shopping centers), the company writes in a statement.

The newly created position of Head of Real Estate Portfolio Management is intended to network the various processes of the realignment of the real estate portfolio in a timely and structural manner, as well as to operationally ensure the preservation of substance and the planned additions to the portfolio through clear project controls. Most recently, two new construction projects in Seuzach and Gossau SG were added to SISKA Heuberger's real estate portfolio. In addition, there is the construction of the Kern Süd project in Uster with two partners and the participation in the WinCity AG Winterthur project with three partners.

As SISKA Heuberger further announces, the other members of the Executive Board remain unchanged: Pablo Caravatti as Head of Real Estate Management, Ralf Peters as Head of Finance and Günter Heuberger as Managing Director and Delegate of the Board of Directors. Likewise, Irene Janosevic as Head of Quality Assurance remains on the same level as the Executive Board in the organizational chart of SISKA Heuberger Holding AG. (ah)
