Procimmo: Arno Kneubühler becomes CEO

The fund provider Procimmo SA is appointing a CEO for the first time. Arno Kneubühler (1979), member of the Executive Board, partner and former head of the Zurich branch, will take over this function as of December 1, 2015. Company founder Patrick Richard will retire from the Executive Board and chair the Board of Directors as of December 1 as Chairman.

Patrick Richard's operational functions will be taken over by a team that has been built up over the last few months: Patrick Djizmedjian is responsible for communications, Terence Kast for legal and compliance, David Cosandey for risk management and administration, and Urs Markwalder for finance and IT.

The Procimmo Swiss Commercial Fund has been managed by Johny Rodrigues since July 1, 2015.

In the future, the management of Procimmo SA will be composed as follows: Arno Kneubühler (CEO), Urs Markwalder (CFO), and Peter Keller (Architecture and Construction). The Board of Directors consists of Patrick Richard (Chairman), Philippe Beckers (Vice Chairman), Dominique de Saint Pierre, Andreas Vögeli, and Philippe Lovy.

Procimmo SA was founded in 2007 and currently manages four funds. Assets under management by Procimmo amount to CHF 1.4 billion. (ah)
