Plazza AG: CFO Peter Oesch leaves the company
Peter Oesch, CFO of the real estate company Plazza AG, is leaving the company for personal reasons as of June 30, 2016. CEO Ralph Siegle is also assuming the duties of CFO on an interim basis with immediate effect.
The search for a new CFO has been initiated, Plazza says.
As CFO, Peter Oesch oversaw the spin-off of the former real estate part of Conzzeta into the listed Plazza and established the new company's finance and accounting system in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements and accounting standards for listed companies.
The Plazza Group comprises Plazza Immobilien AG and Plazza Immobilienmanagement AG. The company has been listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange since June 2015. Plazza manages its existing portfolio with a focus on the Zurich economic area. In addition, there are development properties and projects in the economic centers of Zurich and Lausanne, which will gradually be put to future use. (ah)
