Drees & Sommer takes over Reality Consult

Drees & Sommer acquires Reality Consult GmbH as of January 2016. The real estate and IT consulting company employs staff in Austria and Germany.

Reality Consult employees will be integrated at Drees & Sommer locations in Vienna, Munich, Frankfurt and Düsseldorf. In Vienna in particular, Drees & Sommer intends to expand consulting services in the real estate, IT and facility management sectors with the additional experts based there. After a transition period, Reality Consult is to be fully integrated into the Drees & Sommer Group.

Headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany, Drees & Sommer employs 2,000 people at 38 locations worldwide. Sales in 2014 were €242 million. In Switzerland, the company is known for its involvement in many major projects, including project management of Building 1 for the Roche pharmaceutical group in Basel. (ah)
