The office and retail property with approximately 7,000 sqm of leasable space is located at Friedrichstrasse 194-199, at the intersection of Friedrichstrasse and Leipziger Strasse. The CS investment group is taking over sole ownership of the property as part of an asset deal.

"The property is an excellent fit for the investment group's real estate portfolio. The established and sought-after office location in the German capital Berlin and the solid property quality are in line with our investment strategy," says product manager Marc-Oliver Tschabold.

The single building from the year of construction 1935 is a listed building and is located in the office zone Checkpoint-Charlie / Spittelmarkt. In GDR times, the property was the last building on Friedrichstrasse on the east side of Berlin and housed the popular Café Stadtmitte.
