Implenia: Chairman of the Board Achermann resigns
There will be a change on Implenia's Board of Directors. Hubert Achermann, who has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2013 - as Chairman since March 2015 - is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect. According to Implenia, the reason for this is Achermann's workload due to his other mandates.
Board member Henner Mahlstedt will take over as Chairman of the Board until Implenia's Annual General Meeting on March 22, 2016. The Board intends to propose a successor for Achermann as early as the next few days. (ah)
