Fundamenta strengthens management
Fundamenta Group strengthens its management team in February with Michel Kempter and Bruno Schweinzer.
Michel Kempter (born 1966) assumed overall responsibility for the Development and Realization division at Fundamenta on February 1, 2016. Previously, he was responsible for various functions within the Priora Group, including Managing Director Real Estate. Prior to that, Kempter built up the Development division as a member of the Group Division Management from 2011 to 2013. Before joining Priora, Kempter worked for Halter Unternehmungen in various functions for seven years.
Bruno Schweinzer (1964) will join Fundamenta Group as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) as of February 15, 2016. As CIO, he will be responsible for the "Investment Management" area, which includes, among other things, the strategic design, alignment and supervision at portfolio level of the individual products and mandates. For the past 16 years, Schweinzer has led the Swiss real estate investment groups of Avadis Investment Foundation.
Thomas Hiestand, who until now as CFO of Fundamenta Group was also responsible for portfolio management, will focus on the core CFO areas due to the new division of responsibilities within the Executive Board. (ah)
