The property is fully leased on a long-term basis to an e-commerce company in the fashion and textile sector. The property has 26,500 sqm of hall floor space, which has been successively expanded by the addition of intermediate platforms typical of the sector. The hall conception in three fire compartments and a two-sided approach possibility for truck traffic allows the leasing to several users, UBS informs. The approximately 117,500-square-meter rectangular site also offers expansion potential to the south of the existing building.

According to UBS, the logistics fund is fully subscribed with equity commitments of over 150 million euros. The annualized return according to the BVI method since the fund's launch in June 2012 to January 2016 is 9.7 percent, it said. (ah)
