The new bond carries an annual interest rate of one percent and matures in March 2026. A syndicate consisting of UBS AG and ZKB Zürcher Kantonalbank is responsible for the placement (issue price: 100.739%).

The bond will be traded on the SIX Swiss Exchange from March 17, 2016. The bond's payment date is March 21, 2016. The proceeds of the bond will be used to partially refinance a 200 million bond maturing in May 2016.

"The Group is further diversifying its debt capital base in terms of maturities and strengthening its financing power," the internationally active Swiss construction group announced. (mr)
