Allreal issues 150 million bond
Allreal Holding AG is issuing a fixed-interest bond for CHF 150 million. The term is around eight years, the coupon is 0.625 percent p.a.
The bond issue will serve to refinance existing liabilities and will be used to repay the 2.50 percent bond that matures in May 2016, Allreal says.
Zürcher Kantonalbank, Credit Suisse, Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft and UBS act as joint lead managers.
