CS sells Dutch portfolio
Two Credit Suisse funds have sold 14 Dutch properties with a market value of 380 million euros.
The transaction was carried out as part of the liquidation of the two real estate funds CS Euroreal and CS Property Dynamic. Nine of the 14 properties sold came from the CS Euroreal portfolio and five from CS Property Dynamic.
According to Credit Suisse, the buyer of the portfolio, which was marketed in an international bidding process, is a subsidiary of the New York-based investment firm Marathon.
CS Euroreal has already sold four further properties in Germany and the UK with a total value of around 50 million euros this year, according to the statement. The remaining portfolio still to be sold adds up to 32 properties worth around two billion euros. Six properties with a value of 220 million euros remain in the CS-Property Dynamic portfolio. (ah)
