LUKB focuses on real estate services
Luzerner Kantonalbank LUKB is establishing a new service concept under the name "Real Estate Bank". The target group is real estate investors from the whole of German-speaking Switzerland, LUKB announces.
In addition to traditional financial services such as financing and guarantees, LUKB wants to offer customers with a real estate portfolio - such as housing cooperatives, real estate companies or families with large real estate holdings - additional services along the entire real estate value chain with the "Real Estate Bank". These include real estate portfolio analyses, property appraisals, expert opinions on property development and the provision of specific services by partners from the LUKB network. A new internal real estate competence center has also been created.
Head of the "Real Estate Bank" is Flavio Ciglia, previously Head of Corporate Clients National at LUKB. He reports directly to Leo Grüter, member of the Executive Board and Head of Corporate Clients & Private Banking at LUKB. (ah)
