SPS takes over Immoveris
SPS Swiss Prime Site AG is taking over the real estate service providers Immoveris AG and Immoveris Properties AG. Immoveris is to be incorporated into Wincasa, which belongs to SPS, within the next two years.
Immoveris, which is based in Berne, is active throughout Switzerland, and in the spring the company opened a branch in Fribourg. Wincasa expects the merger to strengthen its marketing and transaction consulting activities, while at the same time expanding the property portfolio it manages in the areas of property management and center management in the Swiss midlands and French-speaking Switzerland.
The integration of Immoveris AG and Immoveris Properties AG is to take place gradually over the next two years, Wincasa announces. (ah)
