The transaction, valued at around USD 330 million, is expected to be completed in August - subject to the approval of the EU Commission. JLL is continuing its expansion strategy with the acquisition. Since 2015, the company has announced or completed a total of 38 acquisitions with a combined value of around $1.2 billion.

Founded in 1863, Integral operates throughout the UK and employs 3,700 people. It provides owners, tenants and asset managers with technical and electronic maintenance and servicing of their properties. Integral has more than 1,600 customers at approximately 60,000 sites. Christian Ulbrich, president of JLL, says: "Integral will sustainably strengthen our property and asset management and make it easier for companies and investors alike to outsource real estate services."
