ZIMA: Change in the chairmanship of the Supervisory Board

Anton Stöckl is the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ZIMA Holding AG. Former Chairman Peter Waldner will remain on the board as a member of the Supervisory Board.

Born in Munich, Anton Stöckl (68) holds a degree in business administration and is a banker. He has been a member of the ZIMA Supervisory Board since 2014, most recently as a member of the Management Board of Nürnberger Versicherung Immobilien AG. The Supervisory Board of ZIMA Holding consists of a total of five members, all of whom have broad expertise in the real estate market throughout the DACH region.

According to its own information, the ZIMA group of companies is one of the largest private real estate developers in the German-speaking Alpine region. The group's CEO and owner is Alexander Nußbaumer, and its headquarters are in Dornbirn, Austria. Other branches are located in St. Gallen, Innsbruck, Bolzano, Munich and Vienna. Currently, 176 employees work in the entire company. Total annual revenue in 2015 was around 174 million euros (around CHF 189 million). (ah)
