Immovestore.ch now also active in French-speaking Switzerland
Immovestore.ch, the digital platform for institutional real estate investors, is now also available in French. This is intended to underpin the bridge to French-speaking Switzerland, say the initiators Roland Vögele and Sacha Deutsch.
Immovestore - the word is composed of real estate, investor and store - sees itself as a digital marketplace in the real estate sector for institutional investors. The aim is to improve networking among investors and create transparency in the brokerage of real estate properties.
The online platform was initially launched in German at the beginning of July. Immovestore.ch has been very positively received by many real estate investors and service providers, with over 60 registrations to date, say Vögele and Deutsch. Talks are being held on expanding the range of services and the platform is thus progressing according to plan. (ah)
