Bonainvest: Second capital increase this year
Bonainvest Holding AG has completed its second capital increase this year, raising ten million CHF in fresh capital from new and existing shareholders. The company's equity now stands at CHF 250 million.
Since the last capital increase at the beginning of the year, Bonainvest has acquired two plots of land in Täuffelen (BE) and Langnau am Albis (ZH). Since building permits have already been issued for the two projects, construction is scheduled to begin soon. Only rental apartments based on the bonacasa concept will be built, i.e. apartments free of obstacles with various services such as concierge and cleaning staff as well as an emergency call center.
In order to be able to finance the new projects, Bonainvest repeatedly increases its capital. The next capital increase is planned for spring 2017. In addition to private investors, around 60 institutional investors such as pension funds, investment foundations and insurance companies have a stake in Bonainvest. (ah)
