Allthings grows in Germany
Basel-based PropTech company Allthings continues to expand in Germany. After the Swiss company founded its own German subsidiary based in Berlin in September, Dirk Dittrich has now been appointed Head of Business Development Germany.
In his new role, Dirk Dittrich (30) will report directly to CEO Stefan Zanetti and will be responsible for corporate development and sales in Germany. The initial focus will be on acquiring and supporting project developers, asset managers and real estate managers.
Dittrich comes from the real estate portal Immobilienscout24, where he held various positions, most recently as Senior Key Account Manager. His sales responsibility amounted to around six million euros.
With an app of the same name, Allthings enables real estate users and property owners or their managers to communicate and interact digitally. In Switzerland, the company already works for project developers such as Losinger Marazzi AG and the Frutiger Group, for large property managers such as Privera and for numerous other well-known Swiss real estate investors and asset managers.
Allthings was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Basel with additional locations in Berlin and Freiburg im Breisgau. (ah)
