CS Real Estate Investment Management: Rüttimann succeeds Schwab
Raymond Rüttimann will become Head of Real Estate Investment Management Switzerland as of January 1, 2017. He succeeds Beat Schwab, who will become self-employed.
Raymond Rüttimann has been with Credit Suisse since 2000, during which time he has held management positions in Property Asset Management and Development & Construction in Credit Suisse Real Estate Investment Management. Most recently, he was Global Head Development & Construction.
Before joining Credit Suisse Real Estate Investment Management, Rüttimann worked for several years in Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Management and Real Estate Funds Management at UBS AG.
Rüttimann is considered to be very experienced and very well connected in the real estate industry. After a basic education in construction engineering, Raymond Rüttimann trained to become a certified project manager and a certified real estate trustee.
It has not yet been determined who will succeed Rüttimann in the function of Global Head Development & Construction. According to CS, the successor is to be appointed by January 2017. (ah)
