Investis acquires janitor professionals
Investis Holding SA expands its Real Estate Services segment and acquires the facility management company Hauswartprofis.
Investis takes over Hauswartprofis with all operating companies as of January 1, 2017 and integrates the company into the Investis Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The company, which has been in existence since 1990, is active in the field of facility management and has its headquarters in Mägenwil (AG) as well as additional locations in Dübendorf, Baar and Oftringen. Hauswartprofis has been managed by Walter Eberle since 2009 and employs 240 people. The company offers services in the areas of house maintenance, cleaning and gardening and will continue to operate as an independent company under the Investis umbrella, using its existing name and continuing to employ its staff.
Walter Eberle becomes CEO of the Investis company Treos
Walter Eberle will continue to lead the company operationally and will also take over the management of the existing company Treos as CEO. Ricarda Berg, CEO of Treos, will leave the Investis Group to seek a new professional challenge.
The acquisition implements the growth strategy in the Real Estate Services segment and further expands the market position, according to Investis. Hauswartprofis is an optimal complement to the existing subsidiaries in the facility management segment, says Catherine Dubey, Head of Real Estate Services at Investis. (ah)
