Stephan Gmür moves up to Livit's Executive Board
Livit AG is strengthening its management team as of January 1, 2017 with Stephan Gmür, currently Head of Construction Management.
Stephan Gmür (54) has been working for Livit AG as Head of Construction Management since February 1, 2015. He has now also been elected to the company's Executive Board with effect from January 1. Gmür has many years of experience in construction management, project management, project development and portfolio management.
The appointment of a representative of the Construction Management division to the Executive Board underscores the increasing importance of the individual divisions, according to Livit. The background to this is the change in strategy in 2013, which includes a focus on the core business of property management with the complementary services of letting, construction and facility management. Construction management is already showing a very positive development, Livit reports. The company is aiming for further expansion throughout Switzerland.
