Wincasa's real estate management is now divided into four regions instead of the previous three: the East, French-speaking Switzerland, the Central Plateau and the Zurich catchment area.

The team of regional managers is completed by Ursula Rufener, who has many years of management experience in real estate management. Most recently, she was Regional Manager East at Privera for eight years. Prior to that, she worked as branch manager Zurich at PSP Management AG. Rufener is a qualified real estate trustee and holds an Executive MBA from the University of Applied Sciences in St.Gallen.

With the reorganization, the company aims to strengthen customer proximity and create capacity for the implementation of digital innovations in management.

Wincasa is a group company of Swiss Prime Site and, according to its own information, manages around 230,000 properties with an asset value of CHF 62 billion. Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Winterthur, the public limited company is present at 24 locations in all parts of the country.
