Ticino Cantonal Bank acquires a stake in Newhome
Banca dello Stato del Cantone Ticino (BancaStato) acquired a stake in Newhome.ch AG at the beginning of the year. The real estate portal is thus expanding its market area to include the Ticino real estate sector and is now also available in Italian.
The Newhome.ch AG is according to own data with approximately 65,000 advertised purchase and renting objects the strongest free real estate portal of Switzerland. It is a company of 18 cantonal banks, new shareholder bank has now also become the BancaStato from Ticino.
