Wüest Partner plans to expand in Germany
Wüest Partner wants to increase its presence in Germany. The consultancy announced plans to open offices in Hamburg and Munich over the next year and a half.
According to its own figures, Wüest Partner Germany completed 148 projects for 80 clients in the 2016 financial year. In total, the company valued real estate and properties worth EUR 12.2 billion and a total area of 5.2 million square meters.
In addition to the valuation business in Germany, the company also appraised international properties for German clients, including in Poland, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania and Norway.
The consultancy has so far been represented in Germany at its offices in Frankfurt am Main and in Berlin, and the teams based there have grown significantly in the past year. Jan Bärthel, Managing Director and Partner of Wüest Partner Germany, says that staff growth should continue. "To this end, we also plan to open offices in Hamburg and Munich over the next 18 months," he adds.
Wüest Partner Germany focuses on the valuation of real estate portfolios and individual properties. In addition, the company focuses on real estate market analysis and strategic consulting for companies, investors and high net worth private clients.
