m3 Real Estate opens in Zurich
m3 Real Estate from Geneva is moving to German-speaking Switzerland. The real estate company is opening an office in Zurich, and Reto Bernet has been recruited as site manager.

The background to the expansion is that m3 Real Estate wants to get closer to real estate investors and owners from German-speaking Switzerland in order to advise them on the acquisition and management of real estate portfolios in Geneva, the company says.
The Zurich office is headed by Reto Bernet, who has been active in real estate and financing for over 20 years. The team is supported by Yang Zhao, who has a great deal of experience in working with Chinese real estate investors, among other things.
"A bridge between German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland".
Bernet was most recently self-employed. From 2008 to 2012, he worked for Julius Baer. There, he was Executive Director for complex financing for UHNWIs (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals), among other things. He also co-developed structured products in the credit area. Prior to that, he worked for Credit Suisse for eleven years.
With its new office in Zurich, m3 Real Estate wants to "build a bridge between German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland", says CEO Teresa Astorina. "The institutional or private owners of real estate in Geneva who are based on the other side of the Saane are looking for professional advice and guidance from experts in the local market," she is convinced.
