Mobimo: JLL becomes new appraiser
The Board of Directors of Mobimo Holding AG has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as appraiser of the entire real estate portfolio.
JLL already acts as an independent valuation expert for the 27-property Geneva portfolio that Mobimo acquired at the end of 2015. In the context of the 2017 half-year results, JLL will now evaluate the entire portfolio for the first time, Mobimo says.
After a transitional phase of just over one year with two valuers, the company intends to have the property valuations carried out by a single partner again in the future. After "more than ten years of excellent cooperation with Wüest Partner AG", this change is considered sensible for reasons of "good governance", writes the real estate company in a statement.
Mobimo's portfolio has a total value of over CHF 2.7 billion and consists of investment and development properties in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland.
