Privera: Apartment viewing with virtual reality
Privera is opening a showroom on March 2, 2017, where prospective tenants can view a virtual show apartment. According to the company, this is the first project of its kind in Switzerland.
For the new construction project "Tonwerk Ost" in Lausen (BL), Privera offers a virtual model apartment for interactive viewing. In a showroom at Lausen station, prospective tenants can use virtual reality glasses to walk through an apartment that has not yet been built - interactively and in 3D. According to the real estate service provider, prospective tenants can move freely around the apartment and move the inventory.
On the Tonwerk site in Lausen, UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG is constructing a new building project with 106 rental apartments and ground-floor retail and commercial space. Privera is responsible for the initial letting. For the project, the company collaborated with Raumgleiter, a Zurich-based architectural visualization company, which created a 3D model apartment for the showroom.
