Immofonds: Dominik Weber leaves the company
Dominik Weber is stepping down as Chairman of the Executive Board of AG für Fondverwaltung AGFO as of September 30. AGFO is the fund management company of Immofonds.

Dominik Weber has managed AGFO on a part-time basis for the past five years. Now the board of directors has decided to expand the position to a full-time position. Weber, however, does not want to increase his part-time workload due to his other professional commitments. Therefore, he will step down from his functions at the end of September 2017, the Board of Directors of AGFO announces.
In addition to his work for AGFO/Immofonds, Weber is also Managing Partner, Chairman of the Board of Directors and principal owner of the Kuoni Müller & Partner Group, Vice President of the Association of Zurich Real Estate Companies VZI, member of the Board of Directors of Plazza AG and also teaches at CUREM and at various universities of applied sciences.
Search for a successor has begun
According to the board of directors, the search for a successor has already been initiated. "Dominik Weber has prudently managed Immofonds in recent years, rejuvenated and expanded the property portfolio with new and conversion projects, and further focused the portfolio on residential properties. We regret his decision very much and thank Dominik Weber sincerely for his valuable commitment," says Othmar Stöckli, Chairman of the Board of Directors of AGFO.
With assets of more than CHF 1.3 billion, Immofonds is one of the ten largest listed real estate funds in Switzerland. It invests exclusively in Swiss real estate assets, primarily in residential properties in urban centers and agglomerations with above-average returns.
