Privera: New Regional Management East
Andrea Jürg Wegmüller is the new Head of Management East Region and the Zurich-Wallisellen branch at Privera.
According to Privera, Andrea Jürg Wegmüller has been heading the property management region East and the real estate service provider's branch office in Zurich-Wallisellen since December 1, 2016. Previously, the 32-year-old worked for Livit AG. Wegmüller has been responsible for various digitalization projects in the area of property management and will also support developments in this area at Privera.
The Privera branch in the Zurich area is home to the Corporate Development/Quality Management division, which drives forward the company's digitization projects. These include, for example, a tenant portal, a digital application process and recently also virtual reality apartment tours.
