Swiss Life KVG is headed by Managing Directors Ingo Hartlief as Spokesman of the Board of Management and Christine Bernhofer. Klaus Speitmann is responsible for distribution as Executive Director, and Walter Seul is Fund Manager. Kevin Fuhr has been appointed portfolio manager.

Hartlief looks back on a career of almost 30 years in the real estate industry. He held management positions at Union Investment Real Estate in Hamburg and at Vonovia. In addition to his new role at Swiss Life KVG, Hartlief is Deputy CEO of Corpus Sireo Holding. Within the new KVG, he will be responsible for marketing and sales as well as overall communications, and in particular for the directly real estate-specific business management areas such as real estate asset and fund management.

Bernhofer has been Managing Director and CFO (Chief Financial Officer) of Swiss Life KVG since October 2016. Her responsibilities include co-development of corporate strategy, accounting and controlling, legal, IT and human resources, as well as the general set-up of the capital management company. Bernhofer previously held senior positions at UBS Real Estate Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, UBS Global Real Estate and TMW Pramerica Property Investment GmbH, among others.

One of the focal points of Swiss Life KVG is the launch of real estate investment funds for private and institutional investors. Since the company's launch in November 2016, four real estate investment funds and investment companies have been initiated. In addition to three special funds, this also includes the "Swiss Life Living + Working" real estate mutual fund. Its sales launch is planned for 2017.
