Orascom expands management team
The Executive Board of Orascom Development Holding has three new members. In addition, Ashraf Nessim was appointed CFO.

The Board of Directors of Orascom Development Holding AG (ODH) has decided to expand the Executive Board as of April 1, 2017. Ashraf Nessim has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board, having already held this position ad interim since May 2016.
Nermine Faltas, Group Chief Human Resources & Organization Development Officer, and Tarek Gadallah, Group General Counsel, were also appointed to the Executive Committee.
Prior to joining ODH in June 2016, Nermine Faltas was VP for Operations and Human Capital at A15 (formerly Orascom Telecom Ventures). Tarek Gadallah worked as a partner at the Egyptian law firm Ibrachy & Partners, mainly in the field of mergers and acquisitions, before joining ODH in November 2016.
Orascom Development is a developer of integrated localities/cities that include hotels, private villas, apartments,
include recreational facilities such as golf courses and marinas but also supporting infrastructure. The Group currently operates ten destinations: Five in Egypt, one in the United Arab Emirates, two in Oman, one in Montenegro, and Andermatt Swiss Alps in Switzerland.
