Iakov Tesis resigned from the Board of Directors of Züblin Immobilien Holding AG as of March 21, 2017.
Iakov Tesis had been a member of the Züblin Board of Directors since 2014. According to a statement from the company, the reason for his resignation was that he was no longer able to fulfill his duties as a member of the Züblin Board of Directors to the required extent due to his other responsibilities.
