Good Buildings SREF: Fund assets increase significantly
The Good Buildings SREF real estate fund increased its total fund assets by over twelve percent in fiscal 2016. The portfolio now comprises 16 properties with a total of 417 residential units.
According to Berninvest, the build-up phase of the Good Buildings SREF has thus been completed. The portfolio will now be gradually supplemented with new construction projects.
In the past fiscal year, the fund was able to increase its rental income from CH 5.08 million to CH 6.75 million. Net income increased from 2.19 to 3.49 million. Total fund assets at the end of the year under review amounted to around 192.5 million - an increase of 12.7 percent on the previous year (170.8 million).
