Immovestore and Fixlend cooperate
MV Invest AG's online platform Immovestore.ch is expanding its offering to include real estate financing.
To this end, Immovestore is cooperating with Fixlend AG of Pfäffikon (SZ), a consulting firm that specializes in mortgage lending by pension funds and pension plans.
Investors can therefore use Immovestore to calculate the financing that is right for them. Sellers can also work with Fixlend before selling their property and thus offer suitable financing at the same time.
Fixlend expects demand to rise in the area of mortgage lending by pension funds in the coming period due to the current interest rate policy. The company says its mission is to provide lenders with access to mortgage borrowers. It assists investors with the development of mortgage portfolios, including portfolio and risk management, mortgage origination, portfolio construction and the entire administrative value chain.
Immovestore is an online platform on which real estate properties can be offered. In addition, the platform is intended to establish itself as a meeting place for institutional real estate investors interested in Swiss real estate funds and real estate stock corporations.
