Wüest Partner opens in Hamburg

Wüest Partner is currently represented in Germany in Frankfurt and Berlin, making Hamburg the third branch of the Swiss real estate service provider in the neighboring country.

The new site manager Volker Ottenströer (49) was previously self-employed and a cooperation partner of Wüest Partner for around five years. Ottenströer holds a degree in economics and was involved in project consulting for the private real estate industry and public regional economics for many years.

Wüest Partner Germany focuses on the valuation of real estate portfolios and individual properties. In addition, the company focuses on location and market analyses, utilization concepts and strategic consulting for companies, investors and high net worth private clients. The German expansion is to be continued even after the opening of the Hamburg office this year, the company announces.
