H&B Real Estate: Johannes Fräulin new member of the management board
In April, Johannes Fräulin was appointed a member of the H&B Real Estate Management Board and Head of Commercial Letting.
Johannes Fräulin has been working for H&B Real Estate AG in Zurich since August 2014, most recently as co-head of the transaction team. Previously, he worked for Kuoni Mueller & Partner Investment AG, among others.
Fräulin heads a six-person team at H&B Real Estate that deals with the leasing of office, commercial, logistics and retail space. He describes the repositioning of commercially used properties as a core competence.
Fräulin also holds the position of "Country Head" for the alliance partner Savills and is thus the contact person for inquiries from the Savills Group concerning commercial real estate in Switzerland. As far as the French-speaking part of Switzerland is concerned, the cooperation partners Comptoir Immobilier, based in Geneva, are involved.
